Dr. Ley, a graduate of CSU has a reputation as a fine vet, especially for horses.  For 16 years he has been an avid supporter of 4H, and is recognized for his "school to career" participation , offering on the job training and classroom instruction for Canon City's schools.

Fourmile Veterinary Clinic opened it's doors in December of 1975.  The clinic is located one block off of Hwy 50, on Fourmile Lane.  It has facilities for boarding, and a ramp/chute for easy loading of livestock.

In May of  2001, Dr. Ley  welcomed his son, Jeremy to his practice.  Jeremy is a  CSU graduate like his dad, specializing in equine lameness.  Here he is pointing to a small bone in the hock, explaining it as the spot that receives alot of stress.    With two "Dr. Leys", the horses of Fremont County will be in even better hands!
