Clubs & Associations
Arkansas Valley Dressage Association (AVDA): A club devoted to the classical training using humane methods from hundreds of years, for all disciplines of riding and all breed. Front Range Back Country Horsemen,. A local chapter of the Back

Meets the 3rd Thursday of April, June, August and October at the Regional Forest
Service Office on Simms in Lakewood at 7:00 PM. Holds trail work days
using horses mainly on trails in the Pike National Forest and is involved in
"Leave No Trace" back country education involving pack and saddle
